1. Are your artworks original?
All artworks are originally illustrated by Kit. Art Prints are professionally reproduced from her original illustrations.

2. What sizes are available?
Art prints are available in A5 and A4 sizes only.

3. Do prints come framed?
Currently, the prints do not come with frames. You will only receive the art print itself.

4. What paper do you use?
Art prints are printed on 300gsm high-quality art paper.

5. Will colours look exactly the same as on screen?
Disclaimer: There might be minor slight variations regarding colours due to screen settings. 

6. How long does shipping take? 
Please expect to receive your artwork within 1-2 weeks upon confirmed purchase.

7. Do you accept returns or refunds?
We do not accept return or refunds, however if you encounter an issue, you may email us at eveningpaints@gmail.com.

8. What payment methods are accepted?
For orders based in Singapore, we accept Visa, apple pay, paynow and paylah.

9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancellations and changes are only allowed within 24 hours after you have made your purchase.
