Eveningpaints takes great care in packaging each order securely before dispatch. However, once an order has been handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused during transit. 

As such, no refunds or replacements will be issued for damages incurred during transportation. By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping and delivery. While we are not liable for courier-related damages, please feel free to contact us and we will review each case on a best-effort basis.
